Heat, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Based on the structure diagram, we create the control schemes that are to be implemented in detail Engineering. We use it to create the basic documents for the implementation of pharmaceutical clean rooms, offices, or production rooms. The integration of package units e.g. mobile laboratories, is just as important as the control of blinds depending on external conditions (sunlight, temperature, wind ...) or the air conditioning of production rooms. In addition, another central parameter is the fresh and exhaust air control of the rooms. GMP guidelines are implemented in a targeted and proactive manner. We create operating concepts including their software implementation, specifying everything around the HVAC e.g. lock controls. Emergency Light Together with our customers, we develop a concept that ranges from the lighting calculation to the design specification of the battery room including energy calculation, wiring, and the necessary ventilation. New concepts are developed and existing concepts are analyzed and further developed. In addition to concept development, we offer detail engineering on the various hardware platforms. Coordination with other stakeholders such as the fire department and security services, is also part of our portfolio. Safety light We develop concepts and carry out detail engineering for the emergency lighting in offices and outside areas. Our service encompasses all necessary tasks from calculating the lighting capacity to detailed planning and coordination with external suppliers. Lighting for outside area Etteplan develops, plans and implements lighting concepts for the outside area with extra focus on energy saving (e.g. twilight switch, advice on the selection of light sources). The utilization of already existing lighting crises is determined, and new lighting circuits are set up. The planning and specification of Power poles, brackets, and the detail engineering of the power supply is also a part of our services. All components of the lighting system are incorporated into a 3D model or corresponding drawings according to customer requirements. The design is always based on current standards and regulations. Automatic warning System In close cooperation with our customer's security team or the fire department, Etteplan creates the message texts incl. the technical requirements needed, e.g. the transmission as SMS in the mobile network or as a loudspeaker announcement in the warning system used. In addition to the acoustic warning messages, we create concepts for building security equipment. These building security devices include e.g. the control of the automatic closing and opening of doors (Emergency exits, fire doors). Another safety device that is part of the offering is smoke evacuation in control rooms and automatic fire extinguishing systems in buildings.
