Leonard Feszczuk: Opportunity for development on an international level

Leonard Feszczuk started his career during his studies. First, he worked as a PLC Programmer but continued to look for new challenges by searching for a some internships. Finally, he came to Etteplan Poland.

“As a part of recruiting, I got a challenging task to, because of that I didn’t think I could get job here. At my next interview in Etteplan I also had some technical problems, but I was able to solve them. ”

Although this start was not all smooth sailing, Leonard persevered.

Leonard had started his summer internship as an Intern Embedded Developer in our office in Wrocław. The most important factor for him was that he had contact with English every day. Now, Leonard is Junior Software Design Engineer based in Wrocław, Poland but working with colleagues in Sweden, Italy and Switzerland.

“What I like about working here is the ability to travel to foreign clients. We work together on the projects and I will have in the same time the opportunity to see new places in the Europe.”

Leonard appreciates working in a well-rehearsed team based with mutual support, motivation and help.

“Meetings with the whole team are great. Together we solve problems, five suggestions for what can be done differently. These contacts also motivate me to act and show my work, which is very good for my development.”

Leonard finished his three-month internship, but it’s not over yet. He is staying with us as an employee. –

“I’m very glad that I applied, sent an assignment and solved all technical problems during my interview. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be here. I’m looking forward to the further development of my programming knowledge in C++, Python and Embedded in the broadest sense.”
