High-quality maintenance service for fueling station environments

The fueling station equipment needed for fuel distribution must operate 24/7 year-round, without interruption. Etteplan is Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s co-operation partner in producing remote equipment maintenance services and software development.

The cooperation between GVR Finland’s team of experts, field personnel and Etteplan’s application management is seamlessIn practice, the services provided by Etteplan to Gilbarco Veeder-Root include predictive maintenance, resolution of service requests and troubleshooting. Etteplan also takes care of field service support, remote software updates and pre-installation of equipment, i.e., commissioning.

In day-to-day communication, a ticket system, the phone, email and various automated support tools are used, consistent with the shared processes. This ensures a precise and timely exchange of information in all situations.
